Very chic hotel, slightly on the outskirts of Lecce, but that made for easy parking. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable waiter, wonderful food (light but tasty) and sophisticated surrounds.  Definitely somewhere to come back to.

Negroamaro Restaurant

We loved the food and wine! There were many good options but we had the snapper and the sirloin, after we had an appertivo (the club sandwich). Such great flavors. Service was a little slow but was great up until the end. We were trying to pay the bill and asked if we could tip since we enjoyed everything, and our waiter responded &ldquo;we don&rsquo;t do that in Italy, you just pay the bill&rdquo; which we found fairly rude. I&rsquo;ve been to Rome, Milan, and Florence where I&rsquo;ve always been able to tip. So just a note to not assume that guests haven&rsquo;t been elsewhere in Italy/around the world or be standoffish when they&rsquo;re trying to compliment the restaurant.. definitely hurt the vibe a bit.

Maybe it was our fault of not realising it&rsquo;s more a wine bar than a restaurant! Excellent food but too pricy compared to other excellent Eateries in Puglia. .

Food delicious and the staff were very helpful. It was a very hot day and it was lovely to be in the cool cellar. A perfect evening.

Excellent food, a little long wait for the dishes to come along

Dolce con riso soffiato e pomodoro dal sapore unico, uno dei dolci (meno dolci) pi&ugrave; buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Forse il migliore per equilibrio di sapori e dolcezza, consistenze ed effetto sorpresa. Molto buoni anche il risotto con i gamberi e le orecchiette con polpo in pignata. Consigliatissimo e vorr&ograve; ritornarci!#infine, non da meno secondo me, il caff&egrave; era buonissimo e concludeva alla perfezione la cena senza rovinare le sensazioni precedenti.

Sweet with blown rice and tomato with unique flavor, one of the best sweets (less sweets) that he ever eat, perhaps the best for balance of flavors and sweetness, consistency and surprise effect. The rice with garlic and ears with pig-in-powder is very good. I&#39;ll be very advised and I&#39;ll be happy to return to it! #Finally, not least in my opinion, coffee was very good and finished the dinner perfectly without ruining the previous feelings.

Un bellissimo ristorante, piatti ricercati, sapori davvero unici. Unico consiglio, nel mio dentice la salsina al limone era davvero poca, non sono riuscito a gustarla con tutto il pesce, a met&agrave; era gi&agrave; finita.

A beautiful restaurant, a searched dishes, a very unique taste; a unique advice, in my dent was the lemon salsa really little, I couldn&#39;t taste it with all the fish, it was half finished.

Tutto perfetto. Location elegante e soft, musica in sottofondo, poca caciara, ospiti di livello. Servizio perfetto. Pietanze preparate con cura. Ci ritorneremo senz&rsquo;altro.

All perfect. Elegant and soft location, underground music, little jacchara, level guests. Perfect service. Pets prepared with care. We will surely return.

Great food, great and personal service on a typical little Lecce square. Plates are presented in an original and sophisticated manner. In Italy, service staf can often be hurried, uninterested and distant. Not at Bianchodibiancho. Staff is friendly, take their time to explain the dishes and are attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner.

We had relatively small appetites and ordered the seafood starter for 2 which was lovely.  Knowledgeable and very helpful staff who had an English menu and spoke English
